An Agnostic QoS & QoE Comparison with Factual Values to Improve KPIs
The report summarizes a real roaming benchmarking campaign executed for a Tier 1 Operator in Europe in January 2024 and involved 2 competitors and their partners. This independent roaming Quality of Service (QoS) evaluation generated indicators to improve the operator’s customers’ Quality of Experience (QoE).
All tests and results contained in the report were real, however, due to confidentiality agreements, the names of the operators in each country have been anonymized to protect their data.
